Exteriors

The house offers very beautiful and well-maintained exteriors. In front of the construction, with an Ibiza-style air, there is a wonderful private chlorine pool (8 x 4 m, depth from 0.6 to 1.8 m).

Next to it, guests enjoy a space with 9 sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing with a drink. There is also a furnished porch and a terrace perfect for outdoor breakfasts or preparing barbecues.

Interiors

Inside, you will find a cozy living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and a wood stove.

The kitchen, located right next to it, has gas stoves and direct access to the outside, just like the living-dining room.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The accommodation has three air-conditioned bedrooms:

• Two bedrooms with double beds
• One bedroom with two single beds

Two of the rooms have wardrobes, and one includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

A second bathroom, also with a shower, serves the rest of the house.

For families, a crib, high chair, and radiator are offered. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available for guests.

One of the bedrooms includes a safe.

The chalet is located in the urbanization of Cala Pi, a quiet area with an easily accessible white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters.

In the surrounding area, you will also find other notable beaches, such as Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita.
